IMT Mines Albi implements an automated processing of personal data, called eMundus, whose purposes are as follows: (Constitution by students of online files with supporting documents in order to apply for training courses at IMT Mines Albi. This processing is compulsory for people wishing to apply for training courses provided by IMT Mines Albi. Failure to provide the requested data makes it impossible to process your application. The data is collected for internal use only at IMT Mines Albi and only authorised agents of the school services and teachers of the courses concerned have access to it.

No transfer of data outside the European Union is made. The data recorded are kept for a maximum of 2 years whatever the outcome of your application (duration of the recruitment campaign + 1 year). If your application is accepted, your contact details will be automatically transmitted in order to implement the application (organisation and management of teaching and students) for which IMT Mines Albi has formalised a commitment to comply with the single regulatory act RU-013 (NOR: ESRS1300135S. BO Enseignement supérieur et recherche n 21 of 23.05.2013). In accordance with the law n 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the European regulation n 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD), you can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion for legitimate reasons regarding your personal data.
